Book Series Reveiw

Hey Guys! I know that it has been a couple of weeks since my last blog post, but I have been pretty busy with school. This is my book series review of the blue blood series. I am doing this because I did not ever review any other books in this series. I hope you enjoy.

Background: This series is set in Manhattan, New York. In the first book you meet Schulyer Van Alen and her friends. Where they all go to Duchesne Acedem. Her life changes the day she receives a letter explaining that she got into "The Committee." An elite group or is it. The adventures take place from there. 

How I Rate This Series: 4 1/2 out of 5 stars

My Thoughts: Overall I have enjoyed this series a lot. Through out the series they are a few bumps along the way. Don't hate me, but when I read the last book of the series I wanted more. I would definitely think that anybody would like this series. 

Back With My Top 5 Favorite TV Shows

Hey Guy! So for my long absent I have been extremely busy with school because it is last semester at the school I am currently going to. I have just finished a book that is part of a series so I will probably review the whole series on here. Well lets get started with my list.

1) Elementary: This is the American version of Sherlock Holmes of which I really love the British version as well.

2) Pretty Little Liars: I know this meant for teens, but I still enjoy the murder mystery aspects.

3) Once Upon A Time: What can I say I just love anything with fairy tale aspects.

4) Being Human: Even though it deals with more adult themes I still really like it. By the way I prefer the American version over the British version, but the British version is still really good.

5) Doctor Who: I love Science Fiction that involves time travel as well as space travel.

Reading Update

Hey Guys! Just wanted to give you a quick update. I am still reading the book from my winter break and hopefully I will have a review for you guys soon. I also started on something new. Well have wonderful week of reading.

My 2013 Reading Challenge

Hey Guys! Sorry for my absents I had a lot of personal things come up, but I promise to at least give a reading update once a month in 2013. In 2012 I only read 23/30 books. I would like to actually finish that goal in 2013. I also want to read the complete Harry Potter series as well as The Chronicles of Narnia series. I would also like to read more adult fiction.

I'm Back!

Hey Guy! Sorry for my absent I needed to break from my blog because of school getting in the way. I still have books that I have read back in August that I might or might not review. I also have to books for my Pop Lit class that I might review on this blog. I again I apologize for not blogging. I promise you I will try to do at least one blog post a month.

A Quick Update

Hey Guys! Tomorrow I am going back to school, but don't worry I already a few posts that I am I going to do. I also I have been reading a lot so those books that I have read will be reviewed in the next few weeks. The book I am reading right now is Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. I hope you guys have a wonderful summer day. For those who are going back to school good luck with everything.

The Do's And Don't on What To Bring To College

Hey Guys! I just wanted to do something based on what I learned to take and not to take to when going away for college. I also thought it would be fun because school starting for some people.

1) My first thing is mainly for young women and women. That is make sure to bring clothes that fit the season you are in as well as things you can wear through at the year. Because most people are living in the dorms or smaller space than what you have at home. However don't bring your entire shoe and purse collection.

2) If you feel the need to bring books make sure you bring books that you have not read. You can also think about purchasing an e-reader so that you are not taking to much space. If you want to bring electronic things make sure you are thinking about downsizing on things. For an example if you are thinking about taking an MP3 player or another more portable devise to listen music on.

3) Bring bedding, towels, and other things you might need on daily basis. As well maybe thinking about purchasing bins that you can store under your bed. Because like I said you might be living in much smaller space than you are used to.

4) Make sure you bring things to decorate with, but don't over do it. There many affordable things that you can purchase once you get to school. Because you have to remember once you are done for the school year you might have to move out and take things home with you for the summer.
