Gone Fishing

Hey Guy! Just to let you know I am going on vacation on Saturday and I won't be back until next Thursday. I was unable to finish the book I am reading. So there won't be any reviews until I get back. The book I am reading is White Jenna by Jane Yolen. It is really good so far. I like it much better than the first book.

A New Story With An Explanation

Hey Guys! Just wanted to let you know that I put up a new story. The reason why I have not put up anything of my own work is because I am currently working on a story. It is in working progress right now and I did not want to share with you guys until I worked out all of the kinks to my story. To find what I put up just go to the page where it is called My Own Writings. Hope You Enjoy!

A New Book Review

Hey Guys! I have a new book review. The book is Lola and the Boy Next Door.  I know that it is not really a sequel, but it is a companion novel instead. Hope You Enjoy!

Title: Lola and the Boy Next Door
Author: Stephanie Perkins
Publisher: Dutton Books (A member of Penguin Group.)
Date of Publication: September 29, 2011
Pages: 338
Synopsis: Budding designer Lola Nolan doesn't believe in fashion...she believes in costume. The more expressive the outfit-more sparkly, more fun, more wild the better. But even though Lola's style is outrageous, she's a devoted daughter and friend with some big plans for the future. And everything is pretty perfect (right down to her hot rocker boyfriend) until the dreaded Bell twins, Calliope and Cricket return to the neighborhood. When Cricket a gifted inventor steps out from his twin sister's shadow and back into Lola's life, she must finally reconcile a lifetime of feelings for the boy next door.
How I rate it: 4 1/2 out of 5 stars
My Thoughts: Compared to Anna and the French Kiss I enjoyed this a little more. I feel like the characters are more relateable. I also feel like St. Clair redeem himself through my eyes. This is why I gave this book more stars compared to Anna and the French Kiss.

How I Discovered Reading...

I have been thinking a lot lately about what really made me like reading when I was younger. I said I was younger because I was older when I had discover my love for books. You see when I was young I had a hard time reading and I absolutely despise reading. As I got to my teens I had discovered that reading could be fun because it could be an escape from my world. I think my first book that I feel in love with was a book called Little Sister. The book is a fantasy book about Asian culture. I remember that I absolutely loved fantasy or action packed books the most. That is why I believe that reading has a power on its own because you can gain knowledge and as the saying goes: "Knowledge is Power." I hope you enjoyed something different to read.

Yet Another Book Review

One day, I'm getting schooled in swordplay by the guy who broke my heart-the drop-dead gorgeous Logan, who slays me every time. Then an invisible archer in the Library of Antiquities decides to use me for target practice. And now, I find out that someone at the academy is rally a Reaper bad guy who wants me dead. I'm afraid if I don't learn how to live by the sword-with Logan's help- I just might die by the sword...
How I rate: 4 1/2 out of 5 stars
My thoughts: I really enjoyed this read. It only took me a day and a half to read it because it was so action packed. I only find that she went over a lot of stuff that she wrote in the first book, but it was much better than the first book.

A New Book Review

So I recently got asked from author Caron Rider to review a book. Can I say that it was a great honor to review her book. Well without further ado here is the book review. By the way I am changing some things about how I review it.

Title: Silver Knight
Author: Caron Rider
Publisher: CreateSpace
Date of publication: February 24, 2012
Page: 278
Synopsis: When seventeen-year-old recognizes an elderly priest in video on YouTube, she realizes hat reincarnation is real and that she's been alive before! Every night in her dreams, she relive her pas learning that it's kill or be killed. Now a bishop at the vatican whom she saved in another life calls on her once more. But when she arrives in Rome, she meets Alexander the man of her dreams! Through the centuries she has loved him...betrayed him...been killed by him. When she give him another chance or this time will she strike first.
How I rate it: 4 1/2 stars out 5 stars
My thoughts: I really enjoyed the book. I thought that the author brought the combination of paranormal romance with historical fiction brillantly. I thought that the characters were well written. Some thing that I wish though that was different was that the chapters were kind of long. It confused me when it was going back and forth with present and past events.

New Book Review

Hey Guys! I am going to do a new book review on the last book for my challenge. It took a little longer just because it was finals and I ended up getting sick. Which means I barely finished my challenge. The book I am reviewing is That Summer by Sarah Dessen. Some other books that I have read of hers that I would recommend would be Along For The Ride and The Truth About Forever.
